What do you think of when you picture getting family photos done? Is it something like "Look at the camera & say cheese!" or maybe you imagine rigid posing and forced smiles. Reluctant participants & yawning partners.

One of my favorite things about my sessions is seeing genuine family memories being made. Everyone giggling, being silly with each other, and having a fun time. That will always be my goal with family sessions--making it fun and genuine. I definitely aim for those money shots where everyone is looking and smiling at the camera. But I absolutely love the candid moments between family members, where laughs and hugs are being shared, loving looks are being given, and inside jokes are being cracked.

So while I do give gentle posing guidance, you can also expect a lot of giggles, lots of hugs and kisses, and lots of fun.
